Peterborough Film Festival is back - online for 2020
This year, Gateway - which launched last year in Peterborough - has sourced 15 short films from around the world showcasing a mixture of documentary, fiction, animation and artist moving image.
In addition, Gateway has curated three programmes of older titles including a special screening of Lois Weber’s Hypocrites (1915) with a brand new Gateway commissioned score by local musician Lloyd Davies.

Plus there is a selection of films from the East Anglian Film Archive’s Amateur women filmmakers collection.
All of this, (with the exception of Hypocrites) will be available for free over the festival from November 27-29.
Festival Director Emily Steele said:“Whilst it’s a shame we weren’t able to go ahead with an in-person festival we are really pleased to be able to bring you a fantastic selection of new and old films straight to your living room.”
