Vistry appoints Kate Rust as Commercial Director in East Anglia
Vistry, the UK’s leading provider of affordable mixed-tenure homes, has strengthened its East Anglia leadership team with the appointment of Kate Rust as Commercial Director.
Kate brings significant experience in residential development and partnerships. She joined Vistry two years ago as a senior quantity surveyor, having previously held senior roles at Bowbridge Homes, Miller Homes and Morris Homes.
Starting her career at Westbury Homes as a trainee quantity surveyor and buyer, Kate has developed a strong grounding across all aspects of commercial delivery. Her career spans both PLC housebuilders and SME developers, where she gained broad experience working on a diverse range of schemes, including Grade II listed developments and bespoke, award-winning projects. Since joining Vistry East Anglia, she has played a key role in the commercial team and now steps into a leadership position within the region.
