Thorpe Wood team member from Peterborough selected for His Majesty The King’s Garden Party

Peterborough-based care provider, Fortava Healthcare, is proud to announce that one of its team members has been selected to attend His Majesty The King’s Garden Party at Buckingham Palace on 6 May 2026.
Elizabeth (Tizzy), Activities Lead at Thorpe Wood in Peterborough, was nominated in recognition of her exceptional contribution to social care. The nomination highlighted the dedication, resilience, and compassion shown by front-line professionals who make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Following a highly competitive selection process involving thousands of nominations from across the UK, Tizzy was chosen to attend the prestigious event — a significant honour that recognises her outstanding work.
Tizzy will be accompanied by her Home Manager, Jenny, as they attend the garden party hosted by His Majesty The King.
