Local care home to host menopause awareness presentation
Bayleaf Care Home, in Huntingdon have teamed up renowned health professional, The Female Doctor Nikki Ramskill, and will be inviting members of the local community to an informative presentation on Menopause Awareness.

The event will be taking place on Thursday 29th October at 2pm, and guests will have a chance to learn about perimenopause and menopause symptoms and also share personal experiences and ask questions.
General Manager Katie Wilkinson said: “We’re really looking forward to having the Menopause Awareness presentation. Over half of our residents will have experienced the Menopause and may have other family members that are currently going through the same experiences. It is also an opportunity for the wider community to come to the home and learn about what is such an important topic. Here at Bayleaf Care Home we are always looking at new ways that we can provide support and advice about care to anyone who needs it. If anyone is unable to make it on the day but would like to pop in for a tour and a cup of tea, our doors are always open.”
