The celebrations highlighted not only the home's nursing team, but also community nurses, student nurses awaiting their official PIN numbers who visit the home almost daily, and residents living at Hampton Grove who once dedicated their own lives to the nursing profession.

The day was filled with gratitude, for the care, comfort, reassurance, and dignity that nurses provide to residents, families, and colleagues alike. To show their appreciation, residents created handmade bespoke gift bags as a small token of thanks for the team. The afternoon was topped off with beautiful, homemade cupcakes from local baker Pat E Cakes, which were thoroughly enjoyed by residents and staff.
