Two-hour musical tribute to Elton John at New Theatre

Enjoy two hours of Elton John's greatest hits when Sir El Tom brings the world's No. 1 Elton John tribute to the New Theatre in Peterborough on February 3 next year.

Sir El Tom will take his seat at the piano with a full live band – and every note is played and sung live, with no backing tracks, and the costumes are recreated down to the glasses.

The set runs from Rocket Man, Tiny Dancer and Your Song to I'm Still Standing, Crocodile Rock, Bennie and the Jets and Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting.

Behind the show is a remarkable story. Tom Cridland taught himself the piano during the Covid lockdowns, aged 30, to beat alcoholism, practising Elton's songs night after night because they were the songs he loved.
