Peterborough’s Kev Lawrence announces new radio role after leaving BBC

Kev, from Peterborough,announced he was leaving the BBC Radio Cambridgeshire Breakfast Show earlier this month after a year presenting the show. He had previously been a popular presenter on Heart.

Now Peterborough City Radio (PCR) Have confirmed he will take up the reigns on their breakfast show from August 17.

Head of Programming at PCR 103.2fm, Chris Tibbles: “Kev is a household name across Peterborough who has entertained people in the mornings for over 20 years. “We have worked together a lot in the past and I am really excited to welcome him to PCRfm. I cannot wait for him to bring his passion and creativity to the station with his new Breakfast Show.”
