Peterborough bar celebrating a year of laughter
Celebrating its first birthday this month, Peterborough’s Shed Head Live Comedy night will be bringing you yet another four more amazing upcoming comedians to The Shed Taproom and Deli on Fletton Quays next Thursday (January 29).
The brainchild of its resident MC, Gary Pike, in 2025 the club brought no less than 48 new comics from the UK national stand up circuit to the Peterborough venue, earning it the reputation as "...fast becoming Cambridgeshire's best new comedy night".
And this month will be no exception.
Natalie Durkin, as seen on The John Bishop Show, is a bubbly, anecdote-driven comedian. With occasional musical outbursts and unashamed ‘Northerness’ Natalie is bringing her love for gravy and Greggs along with her as a West End New Act of the Year Finalist.

Joining her will be Alan Artek, a cheeky London comedian who will have you in stitches the moment he steps on stage. Winner of 'The Blackout' at Up The Creek Club he's also performed regular spots at legendary 'Jongleurs Comedy Club'!
From just down the road Eddie Rojas is a Mexican-American comedian now living in Cambridge and his sharp, witty style will keep you on the edge of your seat.
Opening the night will be Daniel Tizon, a London writer-comedian, gigging since early 2022 he's described as "Darkly comic" - according to Vogue Italia.
So get yourselves ready for another fantastic evening. As always, holding everything together will be resident Shed Head MC, Gary Pike, in attendance to guide you through all the events... So you just know you are in safe hands.
The doors open at 7pm and the show starts 8pm. As always food is available on the night until the performances start.
