A blistering set showcasing tracks both old and new as well as a #BLM inspired Rage Against The Machine cover, the record is the band’s way of giving back to their fans, thanking them for sticking with them whilst the whole of the live music industry stood still. It’s a raw and visceral example of an emerging band at their best and you can listen to it here.

The Live AT The Met Lounge album is yet another example of the band showcasing their talents to a sold out crowd in their home town of Peterborough Even after nine months of no shows the band are a unit. Hurling riff after riff at the listener, the band conducts a sonic onslaught that brings a sense of comfort to any music fan missing the joys of a good mosh pit at a grassroots music venue.

All the while frontman Matt’s lyricism and vocals weave their way through the noise to create a sound befitting of their muses.

Of the record the band say: “Starved of the ability to play to a live audience, we grabbed a rare opportunity to gig in 2020 and threw ourselves headfirst into a socially distanced sell-out show at Peterborough’s Met Lounge - a hometown show at the independent music venue we’ve been cutting our teeth on since we kicked our way into the local alt music scene in early 2019.

“With 2021 shaping up to be more of the same, with limited opportunities to play to an audience, we want to drop this set to say thanks to the fans for their patience and continued support as we gear up for the release of our debut EP in the Summer. Rest assured, when the world is back to normal, Call To The Faithful will be back doing what we do best... exploding onto a stage near you!”

Live At The Met is being released exclusively to Spotify on Saturday, March 13.
