Omigod You Guys... what a great show from these Peterborough youngsters

A week might be a long time in politics, but clearly not in the world of musical theatre.

Peterborough Performing Arts stage school put on its "musical in a week" production of Legally Blonde Jr at The Stahl Theatre in Oundle - and what a show it was!

Four busy days of rehearsals for the enthusiastic 20-plus pre-teen and teenage cast at PPA's base, the Nene Park Academy, was followed by Friday's final preparations in Oundle before the curtain went up.

The youngsters are clearly fast learners as the audience was royally entertained.

Great acting, singing and dancing, lots of laughs and even a dog or two! It was smiles all around for the performers and the audience.

•If you have an enthusiastic youngster who loves to dance, act, sing, perform, there is an Open Day on August 15 (9.30am-12.30pm) . See the Peterborough Performing Arts facebook page to book a spot.
