Top two Bourne and Nassington were both comfortable winners, although the latter were probably wary at half-time after mustering just 140 against bottom club Uppingham.
Harrison Craig top scored for Nassington with just 27, but the team’s bowlers rode to the rescue with James Pope taking 5-21 as Uppingham folded to 96 all out.
Bourne remain unbeaten after a six-wicket win at Stamford. Pete Morgan shone with ball rather than bat for a change claiming 3-19 in Stamford’s 162-9.
