National League hockey season is declared null and void
The 2020-21 Men’s National League season has been declared null and void.
There will be no promotions or relegations so City of Peterborough will compete in Division One North again next season.
City were fighting against the drop when the season was halted.
The women’s East Premier Division, which also involves City of Peterborough, is expected to be completed as there are National League places to fill.
The men’s Premier Division season is still under review, but travelling costs - as well as car-sharing rules - are an issue for many clubs, including bottom club City of Peterborough seconds who are against a re-start.
