Ollie Jeapes (junior) and Martyn Dolby (senior) both seek to complete a hat-trick of singles titles, while the triples title will be defended for the county by a different trio this time - Michael Humphreys, Tom Newman-Borrett and Stephen Harris, who defeated holders Paul Dalliday, Simon Law and Tristan Morton in the county final.

Tom Newman-Borrett bids for a hat-trick of titles having qualified in the pairs, triples and mixed triples, two of them with Ian Smith. Also chasing title doubles are Stephen Harris, Elizabeth Wallace and Lyn Tuck.

Over the final weekend the county are involved in both the team finals. They face Northumberland in the final of the Derbyshire Trophy county championship on the Saturday and the following day seek to win the Eversley Trophy competition for county executives for a fourth year in a row.
