City of Peterborough men claim a handsome National League win, ton-up for all-conquering ladies
City of Peterborough have powered to their biggest win of the National League season.
City thrashed already relegated Stourport 8-0 at Bretton Gate, two years after the same team had confirmed City’s relegation from the same division.

Goalkeeper Cam Goodey made some fine saves while the score was still close, but was a bystander for most of the second-half. Young Ollie Drake (15) claimed the assist for Goodley’s goal.
City are to fourth in the table with two matches to go. They are at Barford Tigers on Sunday (March 22) before a final day clash with next-to-bottom University of Birmingham seconds on March 29.
