The popular import has signed for the BK Havlickuv Brod side in his homeland.

Padelek joined Phantoms ahead of the 2015/16 season, having previously worked with coach Slava Koulikov at the Slough Jets in 2013/14. He has spent the last five years in Phantoms’ colours.

Padelek iced around 250 times in all competitions, scoring over 300 points – stats which place him fourth in the Phantoms’ all-time leading point scorers list.

A Phantoms spokesman said: “The club would like to thank Ales for his commitment to the club over the past five years and wish him all the very best for the future.”
