Getting Leeds United to stump up £300,000 for Posh misfit Nicky Ajose was the work of a genius, but Fry might just have trumped that by negotiating in excess £2.5 million for Conor Washington. Fry’s salary is a talking point at every Posh AGM, but he is a true master of his craft and the top men tend to earn the big money.
