POSH LATEST: Peterborough United delighted with 2016-17 season ticket sales

Peterborough United are reporting '˜significantly' increased year-on-year season ticket sales.

Posh have sold over 1,500 season tickets for the 2016-17 season, which is nearly 1,000 more than at this stage last year, to the delight of club officials. Season ticket sales have started on March 1 for the last two years.

Posh have now extended the ‘early bird’ discount period by a week to 7pm on March 31.

A sizeable amount of season tickets were purchased following the conclusion of the ‘Inside Out’ function at the ABAX Stadium last night (March 22) when Posh manager Graham Westley and his squad met supporters and completed a question and answer session.

Tickets can be purchased at www.theposhtickets.com, at the ABAX Stadium Box Office and through the Ticketmaster hotline 0844 847 1934.
