22. IPSWICH TOWN - PROMOTED
Ipswich Town were expected to bounce straight back up into the Championship at the first time of asking in second place with 83 points by the data experts. Under the PPG system, the Tractor Boys finished 11th and missed out on a shot at the play-offs. Photo: Lewis Storey
23. SUNDERLAND - CHAMPIONS
Sunderland were tipped by data experts to romp to the League One title with 89 points. In reality, the Black Cats - first under Jack Ross and then Phil Parkinson - struggled for consistency and ended the season in eighth position on PPG, missing out on a play-off spot. Quite possibly the division's biggest under-achievers this campaign. Photo: Lewis Storey
