Terrific away following for Peterborough United at Doncaster Rovers when a repeat of the last result at this venue would be most welcome!
Peterborough United will be supported by close to 2,000 travelling fans during a crunch League One fixture at Doncaster Rovers on Saturday.
Posh sales for the game at the Eco-Power Stadium had exceeded 1,700 yesterday afternoon and tickets remain available at www.theposhtickets.com and the Weston Homes Stadium Box Office until 3pm on Friday.

Posh will get out of the relegation zone for the first time this season with a win.
CURRENT FORM
Doncaster have slipped from fifth to 19th by not winning a League One game since September 6 when they saw off Bradford City 3-1 at home. Grant McCann’s men won League Two last season, but they are now just three points and two places above the relegation zone.
Donny have won three and lost three of eight League One home matches. As well as the Bradford victory, they secured early season 1-0 wins over Exeter and Rotherham. Wimbledon, Northampton and Barnsley are the teams to have won at the Eco-Power Stadium.
DANGER MEN
EFL goalscoring legend Billy Sharp is still going strong at the age of 39. He’s only scored three League One goals in 14 starts this season, but manager McCann praised his striker’s displays in his press conference ahead of tomorrow’s match.
The club’s top scorer in League One matches is midfielder Owen Bailey with five. Winger Luke Molyneux, who gave Harrison Burrows a hard time during a recent FA Cup tie, also has three goals.
French goalkeeper Thimothee Lo-Tutala is on loan from Hull City and is expected to be fit after recent injury concerns.
PAST MATCHES
The last Football League clash between these clubs in Doncaster ended in a 4-1 win on the final day of the League One season for already promoted Posh in May, 2021. Mo Eisa, Niall Mason, Idris Kanu and Ricky-Jade Jones all scored in the first-half.
Historically the teams have been evenly matched with Posh ahead 8-7 in home games, while it’s 9-9 in games played in Doncaster.
MAN IN THE MIDDLE
Experienced EFL official Ollie Yates is the referee tomorrow. He last took charge of a Posh game last season when awarding Bolton a last-minute penalty (rightly) in the ninth minute of eight minutes added on at the end of the game. He blew for full-time immediately after the goal. Posh have also lost on the three previous times Yates has been involved, 5-2 at Wycombe, 2-1 at Wigan and 2-1 at Ipswich. He did referee Posh in a 3-2 win at MK Dons in October, 2022.
BIG MATCH ODDS
Posh are the bookies’ underdogs at Doncaster tomorrow. It’s 23-20 on a home success with Sky Bet and 21-10 on an away win with the draw priced at 9-4.
