Posh equalled a club record by hammering Accrington Stanley and they are now the top scoring team in the country
The 7-0 win over Accrington was the fourth time a seven-goal winning margin had been recorded at London Road after Oldham (8-1, 1969), Barrow (7-0, 1971) and Brentford (7-0, 2007).
Posh also scored seven goals in home wins over Exeter (1961), Aldershot (twice, 1961 & 1981) and Ipswich (2011) but all those matches finished 7-1.
