It was a first round FA Cup tie that exposed the downside of a desire to play out from the back as both Salford City goals in a 2-2 draw were the result of careless errors by goalkeeper Nicholas Bilokapic.
Picking a man-of-the-match wasn’t easy, but the weakest link was pretty obvious.
RATINGS KEY: 10-Brilliant, 9-Outstanding, 8-Very Good 7-Good, 6-Okay, 5-Poor, 4-Awful
9. KWAME POKU
Far too quick and skilful for his marker, but a dangerous display was let down by some poor crossing, although one second-half cross should have been converted by De Havilland - 7. Photo: Joe Dent
10. EPHRON MASON-CLARK
Played a key part in both Posh goals first with a dynamic run and then a fine cross, but other promising moments were wasted - 7. Photo: Joe Dent
11. RICKY-JADE JONES
He was tightly marked and when he did look to find space in behind a high defensive line he was poorly served by his teammates. Popped up with a third goal in three games though - 6. Photo: David Lowndes
12. JONSON CLARKE-HARRIS (sub for Randall, 75 mins)
Put himself about a bit, but looked rusty - 5. Photo: David Lowndes
