“We are ‘the entertainers’ after all,” MacAnthony stated.
Well he has his wish as the FA Cup tie with Chorley on Saturday will be screened live by BT Sport (5.30pm kick off) when broadcasters and fans will be hoping the action from some great Posh TV games of the past is replicated.

2016: At times Posh played some great football under Graham Westley and none more so than in two fourth round FA Cup ties against Premier League West Brom. Goals from Shaquile Coulthirst and Jon Taylor secured a 2-2 draw at the Hawthorns before Taylor (pictured) fired Posh in front in the replay. 2008: Posh's status as the 'Great Entertainers' was enhanced by a 5-4 win for Posh over Bristol Rovers in an early-season League One win. Craig Mackail-Smith is pictured completing his hat-trick in that game. Aaron Mclean and Scott Rendell also scored with Rickie Lambert among the Rovers' scorers.
