Posh saw off Walsall 4-2 in the Round of 16 to move forward to the quarter-final. There were some strong performances from the forwards and some typical up and down ones from the backline.
Ratings key: 10-Brilliant, 9-Outstanding, 8-Very Good, 7-Good, 6-Okay, 5-Poor, 4- Awful.
9. CHRIS CONN-CLARKE
Already appears to have formed a very good partnership with Lindgren and picked him and others out on a number of occasions. His passing was on point and he created both the first goal for Lindgren and started the move which led to the fourth. 8. Photo: David Lowndes
10. MALIK MOTHERSILLE
One of his best performances in a Posh shirt for a while. Showed a cool head to tuck away the penalty, was a constant threat with his pace and came in off the wing to play some great passes to link play. 8. Photo: Joe Dent
11. GUSTAV LINDGREN
In the space of just one start, he has got Posh fans very excited. He impressed with his ice cool finishing, he clearly knows where the goal is. His link up play was also strong, he also looks quick and doesn't mind a tussle with defenders. A very promising full debut. 8.5. Photo: Joe Dent
12. BRADLEY IHIONVIEN (for Lindgren 64 mins)
An impressive cameo and it was his powerful run that set up the fourth goal that put Posh out of sight. 7. Photo: Joe Dent
