Posh led 1-0 at the break thanks to a Jonson Clarke-Harris goal, but lost their way in the second perios and let the hosts back in with a penalty after a goalkeeping mistake and a bit of dozy defending.
Mostly, one eleven played for around 55 minutes until Darren Ferguson withdrew them early in favour of a second originally scheduled to play the final 30.
Nicholas Bilokapic and Peter Kioso appeared in Posh colours for the first time.
The players are listed below in the order of the side that began the game followed by the one that ended it.

9. HECTOR KYPRIANOU
Another one who had a comfortable day or at least made it look like that. Played will in the holding role. 7. Photo: Joe Dent

10. KWAME POKU
Interesting to see him playing so deep to pick up the ball and bring it forward, acted almost as a centre midfielder at times. Didn't always work though and doubts remain over whether he has the physicality for that role. 6.5. Photo: Joe Dent

11. KAI CORBETT
A willing runner all game and took a few good set-pieces. He almost scored from a free-kick from range but had to score when he intercepted a backpass and rounded the keeper. Instead, he inexplicably hit the post. 6. Photo: Joe Dent

12. JONSON CLARKE-HARRIS
Didn't receive much service and he is not the kind of striker to be running onto a couple of cute through balls that were tried. He made no mistake with his one chance though, which he finished with ease. 7. Photo: Joe Dent
