The game finished 3-2 despite Posh completely dominating the second half and going 2-1 up late.
Some potentially good marks have been lowered as the players let themselves down late on.
RATINGS KEY: 10-Brilliant, 9-Outstanding, 8-Very Good, 7-Good, 6-Steady, 5-Poor, 4-Very Poor.
5. BEN THOMPSON
Harsh to criticise someone playing out of position but it is true that he was often caught out too far up the pitch for someone playing right-back. That put Posh in trouble that Ronnie Edwards had to clear up. He did put in the cross for Mason-Clark's goal though. 6. Photo: Joe Dent/theposh.com
6. JEANDO FUCHS
An excellent first half when the hosts made more of the running than Posh. His passing was better than it has been for a while and he won the ball back for Posh plenty of times. 7. Photo: Joe Dent
7. JACK TAYLOR
His shooting and attacking play looked improved in this one and he was tidy on the ball but Tim Dieng was his man at the first goal and he just stood there and allowed him to glance the ball home. 6. Photo: Joe Dent
8. HARRISON BURROWS
Made Blackman in the Exeter goal work with a couple of early shots but his influence on the game diminished as it went on. 6. Photo: David Lowndes
