Chris Conn-Clarke was among the stars, who looks to have assured his place in the line-up for Huddersfield and the defence also looked strong.

Deployed on the left wing and was very impressive. Harried the defenders and crafted himself a good opportunities by doing so. Put some dangerous balls in from out wide too and will be credited with the assist for the goal. Looks strong too. Appeared to drop into a wing back position at times and does not suit a defensive role but showed his ever-impressive feet going forward. Final ball was lacking though and a lot of crosses were blasted into the box rather than being well-directed. 7. Photo: Joe Dent

In a slow, very typical pre-season game, balls were not being fired into him and he had little to feed off. That did not stop him running hard for the team but he had little to show for it. 6. Photo: Joe Dent
