Posh signed off their pre-season campaign with a 4-3 win over Notts County thanks to a Malik Mothersille double as well as goals from Ollie Rose and David Ajiboye in the final moments.
It was a second-string Posh side with a line-up featuring many of the regular and expected starters featuring in the 1-0 win earlier in the day.

9. DAVID AJIOBYE
Put in more of a performance to himself in the shop window. Got past his full back on a number of occasions and created opportunities for others. Could have got himself an assist but Mothersille hit his well weighted pass against the post but showed great bravery to throw himself at the ball in the dying seconds to snatch the winner. 8. 10. CIAN HAYES
Could well have played himself into contention for Saturday after a strong performance. Fergie was trying out his options by using him behind the striker rather than on the wing and impressed with his pressing ability and passing range to find teammates in space. Had a couple of decent shooting opportunities himself to got on the scoresheet but was Posh's best creative outlet. 8. Photo: Joe Dent

11. ABRAHAM ODOH
Showed a lot of pace operating down the right wing and will definitely cause problems for defenders this season but did not produce the best end product. Largely crosses smashed into the box and cleared and missed a couple of decent shooting opportunities by hitting the ball straight at the keeper. 6. Photo: Joe Dent

12. MALIK MOTHERSILLE
A very well taken penalty, some dangerous runs and a composed one-on-one finish. He had the chances to score three or four but a strong pre-season outing. 8. Photo: Joe Dent
