Peterborough United Women have confirmed a second signing of the summer.
Peterborough United Women have made their second signing of the summer.
Defender Camille Jenkins has moved to PIMS Park from National League Northern Premier Division rivals Stoke City. The 21 year-old follows midfielder Romy Saunders in bolstering a squad that went unbeaten when winning the National Midlands Division One title last season.

Jenkins was named Derby County's ‘Player-of-the-Season’ during the 2024-25 campaign before joining Stoke and can operate in a number of positions across the back line, although she has featured more at centre back during her career. She made her Posh debut in last weekend’s 5-0 friendly win over Sutton Coldfield.
Manager Jake Poole said: "Camille will bring Tier 3 experience from her time with Derby and Stoke. She is versatile and she can play in a number of different positions, which will be important for us.
"She has the right character and the right ambition to match the direction we want to head in. We are delighted to bring her into our squad."
Jenkins added: "I am really looking forward to it and I feel this is the perfect environment for me.
"I am very happy to be here. I have been with the group for a couple of weeks now, the girls have been really welcoming.
"It feels a good time to be joining as there is a really good atmosphere amongst the squad following promotion and they look ready to compete at Tier 3. It is a competitive division. I have played at that level for Derby and Stoke, so I know what to expect.
"I would call myself a defender rather than a full-back or a centre back. I can play anywhere across the back and hopefully I can help the group."
Posh are next in action in a friendly at Oxford United next Wednesday (July 15).
