Peterborough United scoop a major EFL family club prize
Posh were rewarded for the work done in attracting schoolchildren to games at the Weston Homes Stadium.
Club mascot ‘Peter Burrow’ and staff led by press officer Phil Adlam and marketing guru Jake Baxter toured virtually every school in the area offering free tickets to matches and many youngsters have signed up to season tickets as a result.

Hide AdPosh co-owner Dr Jason Neale was a driving force behind the scheme. He said: “Congratulations to everyone who worked so hard to achieve this recognition. Phil Adlam, Peter Burrow and Jake Baxter visited more schools than a substitute teacher to encourage young families to become Posh fans.”
