Peterborough United reveal details of their first confirmed pre-season friendly

Peterborough United will travel to local non-league club Spalding United for a pre-season friendly.

The match will take place at the Sir Halley Stadium on Tuesday, July 16 (7.45pm). Spalding won the Northern Premier Midlands Division title last season and will play at step four in 2024-25.

Tickets will be on sale direct from Spalding United's website in the coming weeks as well as on the night priced at £10 for adults, £5 for concessions (over 65s), £2 for 12-17-year-olds with under 11s admitted free of charge.

The players will return for pre-season testing in the last week of June before a training camp in Spain at the beginning of July. Posh hope to play a friendly when overseas.

Posh hope to have their summer signings completed before they go away. They will sign forward players Abraham Odoh and David Kamara from Harrogate Town and Welling United when the summer transfer window opens on June 14.
