They smashed Wigan Athletic 6-1 at home last Saturday before a rearguard action delivered a hard-fought 2-1 win at Mansfield Town on Tuesday night.
Convention would suggest naming the same starting line-up for a third straight game when Posh travel to Bradford City on Saturday, but the PT believes fresh legs are needed after a gruelling midweek game at the One Call Stadium, especially as there’s another away game at Barnsley to follow on Tuesday February 17.
We are assuming Matt Garbett won’t be fit enough to play, so here’s our suggested starting side in the usual 4-2-3-1 formation...

5. DAVID OKAGBUE
In August I did think Posh had signed a dud, but he's turned into a commanding centre-back who can ping accurate passes out of defence. He will be needed against a team with City's power. Photo: DAVID LOWNDES

6. ARCHIE COLLINS
He just keeps powering on and delivering 7-8/10 displays from midfield. Photo: DAVID LOWNDES

7. BRANDON KHELA
Posh will need his extra midfield speed and power in this game so he should start ahead of Donay O'Brien-Brady. Khela helped City to promotion last season. Photo: DAVID LOWNDES

8. JIMMY-JAY MORGAN
Posh don't have many attacking options, but the Chelsea loanee gets into a full-strength side anyway. If he can find space he's a threat. Photo: DAVID LOWNDES
