Posh defended well, but fizzled out as an attacking force in a one-sided second-half as Pompey ran out deserved 2-0 winners.
RATINGS KEY: 10- Perfect, 9- Outstanding, 8-Very Good, 7-Good, 6-Okay, 5-Poor, 4 -Very poor.
5.
MARK BEEVERS: The captain took up good positions to clear danger and helped keep Marquis quiet 7
6.
LOUIS REED: Started at the base of the midfield diamond, but offers no protection to the back four as he often slides on the floor when tackling. Passed the ball indifferently 5. Photo: Midlands

ETHAN HAMILTON: He has great energy and works hard, but not sure he suits a passing style of play 5.
8.
JACK TAYLOR: The midfield diamond certainly didn't bring the best out of the top midfielder. Some promising moments and his workrate can be taken for granted 6.5.
