I’m suggesting just one change from the team that saw off Port Vale 1-0 on Tuesday night and it is an enforced change but the replacement for the suspended Archie Collins is not obvious.
My team is still playing a 4-2-3-1 formation.
5. PETER KIOSO
Not his best showing at Port Vale but the Posh captain is an important figure in the side. Photo: Joe Dent
6. HECTOR KYPRIANOU
Possesses plenty of quality on the ball but is he getting a little tired especially because of his international exploits with Cyprus? With Collins out suspended, the upcoming cup games are a better option to give him a rest in. Photo: Joe Dent
7. JADEL KATONGO
Katongo put in an impressive shift in central midfield for a long period at Port Vale. Given that Blackpool possess one of the stronger squads in the league, his defensive ability combined with how comfortable he is when receiving the ball could serve Posh better than Ryan De Havilland, who suits a bit more of an attacking role at this stage. 8. RICKY-JADE JONES
I'm not sold on the idea of Jones as a centre forward, not yet. He did ok on Tuesday night, there were of course some bad decisions but he did put in a good shift. To date not shown that clinical touch of a striker but can certainly cause problems operating from the left. Photo: David Lowndes
