Peterborough United fans: ‘George Boyd is the best Posh player of all-time, a great entertainer, a top pro, keep him and get rid of others,
Boyd (34) scored his first goal since netting for Sheffield Wednesday v Nottingham Forest in April, 2019 in what is likely to be his last game for the club.

Boydy is the best we have ever had the privileged to watch , backed up by how many Premier League games he played.

Hide AdGeorge Boyd is right at the top. Best player Posh have ever had.
@alanposh
Boyd is right up there. What he did with the ball at his feet was mesmerising. Goals from everywhere, assists, skills, energy. And a top pro.
@craigDLyons
Boyd is number one for me. Him and David Gregory are the most enjoyable watches in (my) Posh history.

The game shows where we are in football overall at the moment. Fulham had several very talented, young footballers who can play. Small wager that none of them will ever play first team football for them. Better off at Posh!

Hide AdEntertaining game. Keeper played well. Nice for George to get a farewell goal. Mensah looks a star of the future. Boyd probably in the top five list of entertainers of any Posh fan
@Rutlandspinner
I would keep George Boyd and get rid of 2 others. Guess it’s all to do with finances. Grant McCann was at the game so might he snap him up?
@jeanneventers
Vintage performance may be over doing it, but Boyd was class tonight.

Boydie is too good to let go!

Boyd: a top, top player. Receiving a pass from Tommy Rowe down the left-side and then...memories.
@navaloccasions
I agree with Fergie. Flynn Clarke is going to be a Posh star.
