Peterborough United chairman happy to have hope and excitement back at London Road
MacAnthony brought Ferguson back to the Weston Homes Stadium in January for a fourth spell in charge of first-team affairs when Posh started treading water under previous manager Grant McCann.

Hide AdFerguson has since overseen a run of 26 points from 14 matches as they chase down a play-off place.
Posh have won two away games by an aggregate of 8-2 since losing 3-0 in their last home game to Cheltenham.
"I don’t think any other manager would have organised a recovery after Cheltenham like Darren did,” MacAnthony stated.

"Darren has given us hope again. I’m enjoying watching the team again and so are most of the fans I’d imagine.
"The last two games have been everything I’d want to see from our team. It’s been front-foot, attacking football with lots of chances and lots of goals.

Posh take on one of those play-off rivals Derby County at home on Saturday when a bumper attendance is expected. The best crowd for a League One game at London Road so far this season is 12,766 for the visit of Cambridge United in October.
