It was Rotherham United who loaned Kioso to Posh in July 2023 before recalling him five months later to the frustration of the player who had loved life at London Road where he played for a top quality side.
Rotherham then sold him to Oxford who loaned him to Posh in August.
Jonson Clarke-Harris is another recent player to have turned out for both clubs and Steve Evans has managed them both.
The list of players here includes Wembley winners for both Posh and Rotherham, promotion winners for both clubs and record signings for both clubs. How many do you remember?

10. PAUL TAYLOR
A gifted striker, but a wayward individual. Posh signed him from Belgian football in 2010 and he was a success after the club had returned to the Championship, so much so that Ipswich spent £1.5 million on him in 2012. It didn't work out for him at Portman Road and was soon back on loan at Posh. Ipswich also loaned him to Rotherham where he failed to score in 13 appearances. Posh re-signed him in July 2016 on a free transfer, but the magic had gone and he quickly moved on to Bradford. Taylor made 107 appearances in total for Posh, scoring 20 goals. Photo: David Lowndes
11. CONOR WASHINGTON
Posh signed this striker from Newport County in January 2014 and he caught fire in the 2015-16 season by scoring 15 goals by the middle of January, form that prompted QPR to sign him for £2.5 million. Washington scored 33 goals in 194 Posh appearances. He joined Rotherham from Charlton in May 2022 and scored six goals in 37 games for them. Photo: Joe Dent
12. SCOTT WOOTTON
Posh loaned this centre-back twice from Manchester United between 2011 and 2013. He made just 16 Posh appearances, scoring one goal. He joined Rotherham on loan from Leeds United 2014 and played seven times. Photo: Alan Storer
