Not only have they been presented with the championship trophy after retaining their South East Division Youth Alliance title with a dramatic final game victory, but they’ve also been told the FA Youth Cup is set to recommence.

Posh are in the third round after wins at Newmarket and Altrincham and have been drawn at home to League One rivals Doncaster Rovers

That tie that will take place at the Weston Homes Stadium on Friday, March 19 (2pm) behind closed doors.

Doncaster’s Academy head is Posh legend, and former club captain, Steve Welsh.

Posh clinched the Alliance League with a come-from-behind 2-1 win over Southend United at the end of last month.
