Morgan has previously been linked with Sheffield United and Preston after impressing at Posh while on loan from Chelsea.

The 20-year-old was Posh’s second top scorer in League One with 12 goals and put together a run of scoring in five consecutive games between the end of February and start of April.

Morgan made his debut, and played twice, for the England U20s during the season.

West Brom finished four points and just one place above the relegation zone in the Championship last season.
