Co-owner backs under-fire Posh manager
Posh co-owner Dr Jason Neale has publicly backed Peterborough United manager Darren Ferguson.
Ferguson same under fire from some fans after a fifth defeat in six competitive matches at Portsmouth yesterday (December 5).
Dr Neale, who grew up as a Southampton fan, took to Twitter today to say: “To all Posh fans. Everyone at the club is disappointed by recent results. Personally, there is no team I would rather not lose against than Pompey, but that’s football.
“We were top in October and Darren was manager of the month. I am sure we will be top again. Keep the faith.”
