Bromley sack legendary manager just two days before Peterborough United match
Bromley have sacked manager Andy Woodman just two days before they face Peterborough United on Saturday (October 22).
Posh visit Hayes Lane on Saturday (October 24) and will face a now managerless Bromley after Woodman was dismissed.

He had been in charge since 2021, leading the side the FA Trophy title in 2022, promotion to the Football League via the play-offs in 2024 and the the League Two title last season.
They sit 23rd in the table after ten games, a point from safety (and behind Posh) having picked up eight points. His final match in charge was Tuesday night’s 4-0 defeat at home against Leicester.
Bromley have conceded the most goals in the league having shipped 25 in ten matches, scoring nine in that time.
The move seems to have drawn surprise and anger among many Bromley fans.
Posh boss Robbie Savage had spoken to the media moments before the news came through and had been full of praise for Woodman.
He said: “Andy has done a great job. They have done an absolutely brilliant job to progress through the leagues. I know Andy and I can’t speak highly enough of the job he has done.”
