The goalkeeper made a couple of excellent close-range saves before the break. Made another good stop with his feet in the second-half.
A most satisfactory full debut for the right-back. Comfortable in possession, no worries defensively.
Solid defensive effort. Took no chances.
Captain for the night and strolled through most of it.
Struggled to stop the flow of dangerous crosses from the Cobblers right wing. Didn;t get forward a lot, although one fine pass sent Ward through.
Knitted play together from a deep midfield position. Always had time, usually kept possession, struck the bar with fine free kick.
