Goals from former Pompey player Dan Butler and top scorer Ivan Toney secured the points, but there were stars all over the pitch for Posh.

Sammie Szmodics: 7. Forced a couple of fine saves from the Pompey goalkeeper and ran hard throughout without seeing an awful lot of the ball compared to the front two. | Joe Dent/JMP Photo: www.jmpuk.com
10. Peterborough United v Portsmouth 070320
Ivan Toney: 9. He's getting better and better. The Pompey defence couldn't handle him at all and constantly retreated into foul mode. His goal summed him up. He was strong and then showed a delightful touch to finish. Outstanding. | Joe Dent/JMP Photo: www.jmpuk.com
11. Ipswich Town v Peterborough United 010220
Siriki Dembele: 9. A different player when partnering Ivan Toney. His pace and skill constantly troubled a cumbersome back four. His assist for the opening goal was a thing of beauty. Impressive. | Joe Dent/JMP Photo: Midlands

Niall Mason: 8. Came on at half-time for Thompson and was very good defensively and in possession.
