That tie will take place on Tuesday, December 15 and the winners will play at home to Northern Premier League team Basford United or Felixstowe & Watton of the Isthmian League in the third round on Saturday, December 19.

Sports were outstanding in their first round tie last night when they won 5-1 at AFC Rushden & Diamonds with goals from Maniche Sani (2), Dion Sembie-Ferris, Jordan Nicholson and a home player.

Stamford AFC’s first round tie at Kidsgrove Athletic was postponed because of a waterlogged pitch last night. They will try again on Saturday (December 12) with the winners hosting Kidderminster, who are currently third in the National North Division, in the second round.

The winners of that game receive a bye into the fourth round as Macclesfield Town have withdrawn.
