Blackstones appoint Mark Baines as their new manager and he’s expected to take Netherton United’s star player with him
Mark Baines is the new manager of United Counties Division One side Blackstones.
Baines has long been regarded as one of the best players in the Peterborough League.
Most recently midfielder Baines has been part of Netherton United’s successful Premier Division squad. He is expected to make Netherton teammate, forward Robbie Ellis, his first signing.
Baines replaces Lee Clarke and Daniel French who moved from Blackstones to United Counties Premier Division side Deeping Rangers last month.
