The biggest local cricket fixtures and plenty of local stars involved as Cambs chase ECB Over 50s glory
Former Peterborough Town skipper Ajaz Akhtar has led Cambs into the knockout rounds of the ECB Over 50s competition.

Akhtar’s old Town teammates Dominic Ralfs and Mark Drake have featured for Cambs this season as has former Market Deeping pair Chris Jones and Lee Peacock.
Cambs sealed top spot in the group with a 163-run win over Hunts at Fitzwilliam College. Akhtar struck 97 of Cambs’ 45-over total of 317-5.
