Bourne Cricket Club star joins Glamorgan and some key games in title battles for local clubs on Saturday
Bourne Cricket Club import Ray Toole has joined first-class county Glamorgan until the end of the season.
The South African-born Kiwi has taken 30 wickets for Bourne in the Lincolnshire Premier League this season and has been a huge factor in a title challenge, the joint second highest tally in the division, after Spalding’s Aussie leg spinner Walter Kinlock.

Toole took a wicket on debut for Glamorgan against Leicestershire, but is nit involved in their current County Championship fixture against Hampshire.
Bourne are involved in a ding-dong title battle with Scunthorpe with the latter leading the way by just one point with three matches to go. Bourne host Spalding tomorrow (11.30am) when Scunthorpe entertain Sleaford.
There’s also an exciting title race in the Northants Premier Division which sadly doesn’t involve Peterborough Town or Oundle Town, although both could have a big say in who finishes top tomorrow.
Oundle are at home to leaders Finedon (11am) while the city side are at second-placed Stony Stratford. Both local teams have been in outstanding form recently.
