Wood Green rescue dog meets Hollywood star

Peanut’s uncanny resemblance with one of the stars of the film, Mel, took her to London for a VIP dogs day out with members of the cast, including man of the moment, Kevin Hart.

Peanut’s owner, Katja Jones, Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager at the Charity, said: “Peanut adores people – she is a trained community og, so she took it all in her stride. She went on her first trip on the London Underground and managed to be the centre of attention for most of the day. It was lovely to see her enjoying herself so much. We rehomed her from Wood Green a year ago, so it was a great way to celebrate our first anniversary.”
