Weather warning issued for heavy rain in Peterborough
The Met Office have issued a yellow weather warning for rain in Peterborough for this weekend.
After the extreme heat of this week, which saw the hottest July day on record yesterday, heavy rain is now forecast for both Saturday and Sunday.
The warning lasts from 9am tomorrow until 3pm on Sunday.
The Met Office has said the rain could cause some localised flooding, along with difficult driving conditions, and more disruption to public transport.
