Serious collision on Peterborough parkway

There are long delays on a Peterborough parkway following a serious collision.

Peterborough police said the incident happened on the Fletton Parkway between Hampton and Orton on the eastbound carriageway.

The road was closed, but one lane has now re-opened.

Cambridgeshire police said the crash involved a lorry and two cars. Police said it was not known how long lane closures would be in place.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
