Lorry fire closes Peterborough’s Paston Parkway

Police say they were called to the scene at 11.17am this morning and assisted with traffic control while the fire service extinguished the blaze.

A police spokeswoman said: “The road was closed whilst the vehicle was recovered.

“No one was injured.”
